Can't continue past checkout_shipping.php

I'm brand new and this is my first PHP site, so sorry if this question has been already answered 100 times. I searched, but couldn't find the answer. I'm very familiar with web development and eCommerce, but just not PHP yet.

Most things appear to be set up properly and working, but I am having a problem getting through a full checkout. After signing in, I get to checkout_shipping.php. When I click the "Process" button on this page, nothing happens. The page just reloads, but it doesn't appear to be submitting the form properly.

If anyone wants to see this in action, go to http://www.crazytemplate.com/ and create an account and go through an order with the test product.

Thanks to anyone who can provide some guidance.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Could it just be a configuration setting in the admin area that is set up wrong, or a permissions issue, or is it definitely a problem with the code?

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated since I am just getting started and have no idea what might be causing this.

Is this what you are looking for?

I notice here that the HTTPS_SERVER field is blank. Currently, I don't have SSL set up, so should it be the same as my HTTP_SERVER value or are the secured files located in a different directory?

In case anyone else runs into this, I found out that it was because I had disabled all shipping methods. I am only going to be selling downloadable products, so I wanted to disable shipping fully, but apparently this was the wrong way to do it. :-"
