Guest
I'd like to set up multiple files to download on a single purchase. Is that possible and how do I set it up in the admin area? Ron
Guest
for a single download then you need to 'zip' the mp3's you want to download and then seet in products attributes the file name to attach to the product

Steve <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Okay,, sounds good. How do you: a. group the mp3's as slaves b. ammend the Master Products package c. create a "buy multiple tracks" button You're just describing things I haven't seen or done in this program,, so you have to be a little more descriptive. Or point me to the documentation for the above functions. Thanks,, Ron
Guest
I'm in the same position, Ron - presumably the poster is referring to an add-on contribution feature called Master Product - see here. I'll have a play with it and report back here - my web hosts are being a bit awkward with me, saying they won't let me upload files over 50MB - given that I am selling whole gigs, even at MP3, one zip file clocks in at 70-80MB. The option suggested before the Master Product idea sounds good in practice but check whether your hosts will allow such a thing. Plus, you need to think about whether your customers can actually download such a big file - amazingly, there are still people out there on dial-up  Will report back soon :)

Guest
Just to confirm I have this up and running at fallshop - works like a charm :) Done using Master Products contribution - did try the Bundles contribution, but it didn't seem to work with downloads. Now all I've got to figure out is how to add 256kbps MP3 and FLAC files to the same arrangement ! One for a new day.
