Reply support ticket email link not clickable

I have installed "OSC_TicketSystem1.1[1]"


When i reply to customers tickets through my admin, it send them an email with information like this:



Your Support Ticket has been worked on.


You can view the changes at:




If you have more Questions, please use our suppor ticket system


Do not reply to this email.



The problem is that the link that it sends is not clickable. Customers have to copy the link and then paste it in the browser to view the reply. I have been searching for the solution for 2 days and cant solve it. So, finally i am asking for help.


I will be thankful if someone could help me.
