Can osCommerce do this(multi-vendor)?

I need a shopping cart script where

- one product can be sold by multiple seller/vendor

- list of vendors and their prices appear below that product with buy option

-super admin can controll all the shops. vendors can controll their own sites only

 

So main thing is user thinks it as a one store, because no same product twice, but user can choose vendors for each product.

 

This is more like X-Cart Pro.

 

Can osCommerce do this?

 

Or any suggestion which scripts is better for me?
