Apply VAT {Tax} To All Products.

Hi all. I seem to have a little error in my shop.

When i upload new products i always apply VAT {Tax} to all my items.

But i let my partner handle some of th uploading and there are no VAT added because he didnt apply the tax in those items.

 

Is there anyway i can add VAT to all of my products without having to go through all of my products to find out which has and which hasnt got Tax applied.
