Changing the page title for the web browser.

When I created my osCommerce store I put in a particular title for all the pages to show on the browser. I now wish to change that, but cannot find where to make that change. I have found this code in the index.php file:

 

<title><?php echo TITLE; ?></title>

 

But I don't know where it is referencing this information from.

Anybody else dealt with this?
