issuing refunds

Hello,

 

I'm trying to port in additional functionality to produce a credit card refund on orders from the admin\orders.php page. Im using authorize.net as my vendor but the only way i've been able to produce a refund is to use their "virtual terminal". Do they offer an API or has anyone made a CC refund add-on?

 

Is it even possible to issue a refund from the admin of OSc?
