where are 'also purch' and 'best sellers' modules

Where do I find the settings to configure a series of 'also purchased' items ? also where do I find the settings for 'best sellers' ?

 

I do not see any such parameters in the basic installation and all I can find in the contributions section are modifications to the standard modules.

I suppose what I am really after is a feature like Amazon where it says 'customers who purchased XXXX also purchased XXXX'.

 

I now see the best sellers and also purchased in the min and max settings but this appears to be customer specific (or am I wrong) ?
