I need to applie different shipping fee for different zones in the same country .

Shipping fee varies also with shipping weight?

Which module do I need to implement that?

I don't know if you've figured this out already or not, but I just took care of this same need on my site. You can use the Extra Table Rate contribution: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...ons,2371/page,3 to set up as many tabes as different zones you have. Then you can customize shipping rates for each zone.
