HELP - problem with Canada post shipping mod

that is my catalog.. but I can't get the shipping module to work effectivly..

 

you can use this account -

 

user = [email protected]

pass = test123

 

my problem is.. when you try to buy something.. then go to checkout

the option of canada post comes up for shipping.. However.. .. I believe the

error is coming up because.. in the shipping module.. the shipping zone is set to none..

If you prefer to use canadapost as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

 

 

however.. if I choose a shipping zone say of Canada.. .. the module doesn't even come up..

 

how do I properly set this module up so it is working and calculting the shipping costs effectivly..

 

we really want to go live. so any help would be great.

I have the exact same problem and I can't seem to figure it out!!!

 

The only difference with my situation is I cannot get the canada post module to show up at all.

 

here are my settings:

 

Canada Post Parcel Service

 

Enable CanadaPost Shipping

True

 

Enter CanadaPost Server IP

216.191.36.73

 

Enter CanadaPost Server Port

30000

 

Enter Selected Language(optional)

en

 

Enter Your CanadaPost Customer ID

xxxxxxxx

 

Enter Turn Around Time(optional)

 

 

Tax Class

Taxable Goods

 

Shipping Zone

--none-- -> I have tried a working zone as well

 

Sort Order

100

I dunno where you got your IP address - I use:

206.191.4.228

 

Are you sure you have your customer ID correct ?

 

I do not use zones.
