tristanlee85 Posted July 4, 2005 Posted July 4, 2005 After setting up my store, I've noticed that it never once asked me to login to the admin control panel. I also had a friend try as well and that have full access to the admin section. I'm just wondering why it is allowing full access? How can I fix this? Thanks, Tristan
Enzo_UK Posted July 4, 2005 Posted July 4, 2005 To secure it you either have to add a contribution, or ask for a password uning .htacess, or depening on who the hosting is with you may be able to secure the directory from their control pannel. The simplest thing, and somthing you should do straight away, whilst you sort out the password bit, is to rename the admin directory to somthing that only you will know.
