sarah1980 Posted July 3, 2005 Posted July 3, 2005 Just doing a test purchase with my new cart - after I add something to the cart and get to the sign in stage when I click "forgotten password" and enter in my email address for a password to be emailed to me, I open the email and all it says in the body of the email is: Your new password to 'Sarah's Shop' is: And there is no password :blush: Any suggestions?
sarah1980 Posted July 3, 2005 Author Posted July 3, 2005 Don't worry - I figured it out - I had to actually create a new user rather than editing the John Doe pre-progammed user :blush:
