osC Affiliate - Adding tables to database?

Hi There,

 

I'm feeling rather silly - I've looked through the readme, and it states:

 

ySQL ALTERATIONS

 

Insert the new tables found in the affiliate.sql file into your osCommerce catalog database.

 

But I'm unsure HOW to go about doing this?
