Hello friends,

The following code provides quite a puzzle I am not able to figure. I really, really, really need your expertise people.

[/code]

TD.infoBoxHeading {

font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;

font-size: 10px;

font-weight: bold;

background: #bbc3d3; // defines the background color for box headings: categories, manufacturers, what's new, revies etc.

color: #ffffff; // I think this defines the text color.

}

If I change the background (#bbc3d3) to say "red", the color: #ffffff automatically turns to something like black.

My goal is to have the background set to may be blue and color left as it is, white.

Am I not changing these colors in the right place? Is the background an image?

I do NEED your help in solving this mystery.

Thanks a lot

I have read that many many times. It doesn't tell you how to change one color without effecting the other.

I would imagine that changing the background should just change the background. My headache is "why is the test color (white) changing whenever i change the boxheading background?
