Individual Shipping Order Pricing?

Hi,

 

I have bein searching around all forums for hoursssssssss, starting to see blurry now >_<

 

What I'm trying to do is the following;

 

I would like to determent shipping cost by sub-total of the order and by zone. After looking to different carriers I found out that I can ship sometimes cheaper with carrrier a that with carrier b.

 

Next to that I offer free shipping over $150 Dollars in the US and over 200Euro to Europe.

 

I don't want all these different price option to show up in the check-out but would like to see it as default the moment a customer is done shopping

 

Does anybody has something like this or is there an contrib I overlooked?
