osCommerce

The e-commerce.

I inherited a site from a client already set up in osCommerce, with Authorize.net, and 'was' working just fine. But a business partner pulled out, and so cancelled the Authorize.net account. (www.purloneknitone.com) So I just have to set up a new one. I have a couple questions to start:

QUESTION 1:

I noticed Authorize.net offers 3 options:

AIM, SIM, or Certified Shopping Carts...which one do I want? Would set up be easiest if we purchased the same one our site used before? Does that matter? If so, is there a way for me to find out by looking at the code or anything on our site?

QUESTION 2:

Since the site was already previously working, is it reasonable to assume that once the client purchases Authorize.net, I (as a non-programmer) could just follow directions for the osCommerce payment module set up for Authorize.net, and things would work? (or at least be close?)

I am trying to figure out for sure if I should recommend to the client to cancel their new accounts with Cybersource/Bank Of America, and switch to Authorize.net, and get a Wells Fargo account.

THANKS!
