need to make a copy of an old site

i worked pretty hard on my old site, but since they are taking away the free hosting, I can no longer use them.

 

what steps in order would i need to do to create a replica of the same site.

i went into the the admin and did a backup of the store database with a raw SQL file.. but then what??

 

any help or if you can point me to the right direction that would be great-

Download the whole catalog by ftp to your computer. Once you have a host that supports the cart you ftp it back up to the server.

the whole catalog meaning- public html: store name...
