How do i add catergoeries with out the images??

Hey,

I really need to know how i would go abouts adding catergories without having to add an image?Is it possible and wahat is the code i would need to change?

If refference is needed here is the page i want to remove the catergorie images My site

 

Another thing is how would i go removing the little cartoon images in the top right hand corner from the following pages in my site:

for the categories: go to admin, catalog, images, and set required images to false

 

for the little cartoons: easiest is to create them anew, copying the pixel_trans.gif, but using the old name. Other than that (and that's what I did), go into the code of those pages (see url) and remove/comment out the call of the table_background ...gif pics.
