I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to password protect a item in the store or only allow certain cx's to view it ? anyhelp would be greatly apreciated. Dick Sycamore Posted July 1, 2005 Share Posted July 1, 2005 What I want to do is make one category public and all the others private that only certain approved people can get to, see and order from. Basically, there parts that I want to sell to anyone and then there are downloads that I want clients to have free access to but not necessarily the general public. Is this how you would accomplish this task as well? Where would the code go and how does it know what areas are protected? how do you assign certain users access to that area with their own username and password?
