Show All Products in Category and Sub

When I select a parent category. I want to also have a category that will show all the products in the subcategorys without drilling down into each category..

 

For Example: Cars

Sub Categorys: Blue

Red

Green

All Colors

 

Then if I select All Colors I get a listing of all the cars in all the subdirectories...

 

I dont want manually copy over each product each time. There has to be an easier way of doing this I am assuming.

 

Any help is appreciated.. Something dynamic.. etc

Try this contribution. I use it and you can create subcategories in seconds with as many products as you want in there.

Eg: You create a subcat called All Colours, then select all of the products in each colour category and copy them straight over to your All Colours category. Very easy to use.

I was hoping for a more dynamic solution for efficency and space issues. However, I will look into it.
