Have you modified your code? Typically this is an issue when trying to send header data when header info has already been sent.

 

You could try changing a setting in your php.ini which may or may not bandaid the issue, but most likely it is a result of code modifications and the correct fix is to rollback recent changes.

I wouldnt set that value in the php.ini, it's not really solving the problem.
