email confirmation duplicate notices

Hi, I have oscmommerce 2.1 milestone.


In the admin area, when I change an order from pending to complete, or shipped, a notice is sent to the customer if I select "notify customer". I have both my email address and a secondary email address set up in the store config to "send extra orders email to:" . When I receive an order, a confirmation is sent to both addesses........ but when I reply back via the admin control panel, the customer gets the email, but neither of the addresses I have set up in the admin are getting these reply messages.


How can this be accomplished?
