SEO check and files move

I recently installed the ultimate SEO Contribution to improve my ranking. This is what my current URL looks liked:

http://triodisplay.com/ecommerce/os/catalog/books-store-design-c-313.html?osCsid=07f15c3e2bdc274857ad1251be68a712

I'm not sure if this looks right or not. A few things that worry me is the long string of numbers at the end and the "?" which I've read can cause problems with search engines. Can anyone tell me if the above URL is optimized?

Another concern is that I've heard you want your directory structure to be as close to root as possible for the best optimization. The hosting company has it set up so I could install oscommerce however all ecommerce programs get installs under the directory "ecommerce." Realistically, there is no need for the directory and I want to remove it so it reads triodisplay.com/os. Moving the files is easy. However, I need to change link paths so everything connects correctly and I'm not sure where to do this.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the help. Everything looks great except after moving the files and changing the paths the links aren't working. Any ideas.

Also, when I roll over the links it looks like they should go to the correct location. So, if I roll over Gondola Shelving it registers:

http://triodisplay.com/os/catalog/gondola-...ving-c-400.html

Which is where it should go. However, when I click on it it gives a 404.

You will also need to edit your .htaccess file to set up the correct new path for the seo urls
