Database Server?

im installing osc from scratch and it asks for Hostame or IP-address of the database server.

 

would this be my domain name or the url that aplus.net gave me ie myname.web.aplus.net or mydomain.com

Generally the host will have a FAQ somewhere about connecting to the database.

 

It will be "localhost", a domain name or an IP address.

 

Give localhost a shot. Might work.

if the database is on the same server as your site then it is 'localhost'
