PayPal accepted wrong amount

My Paypal IPN contribution works fine for me but not for my customers.


I have a customer now that the only way I knew they bought anything was from the PayPal email I received saying I received a payment.


There is no record of an account made for this customer and no order in the cart. And.....the amount PayPal picked up was different than the price of the item in my store.


I emailed the customer and she said she didn't have any problems until she was done and then a page came up saying 'try again later' so she did.


Anybody have any idea what is going on with my module? It works for me when I do a test purchase.
