PayPal not listed on checkout after installation

I've seen people start a similar post but no answers or resolutions.

I installed osCommerce 2.2 Milestone 2 PayPal IPN Payment Module v1.1 yesterday.

When I try to "buy" something at my store (musicbooksplus.com) it doesn't even show up as a payment method! I saw other posts where people had problems with incorrect amounts being passed to PayPal and so on, but I can't even have it display at checkout!

I tried posting over on "Features and Suggestions" but nobody answered.

Here are my admin settings:

PayPal IPN

Enable PayPal IPN Module

True

E-Mail Address

[email protected]

Transaction Currency

Selected Currency

Payment Zone

Set PayPal Acknowledged Order Status

Transaction Type

Page Style

Debug E-Mail Address

[email protected]

Sort order of display.

Enable Encrypted Web Payments

False

Your Private Key

Your Public Certificate

PayPals Public Certificate

Your PayPal Public Certificate ID

Working Directory

OpenSSL Location

I've been going nuts trying to figure this out.

Please help!!!

P.S. I also tried setting "0" for "Sort Order of Display" but it still doesn't show up!

I tried setting different payment zones, but it didn't work... I didn't turn on the encryption because I'm unsure of the settings required for that... If somebody can help me figure out the settings - maybe that's my missing link!

thanks for your suggestions
