jsboulet Posted June 21, 2005 Share Posted June 21, 2005 Is there a way for the administrator to alter an order after a custom has placed the order. eg a customer places a multi-item order and one item is out of stock - she then decides to cancel the purchase of that product while still purchasing the other items she has ordered. How does the admin rectify this through the admin panel? I've tried using the admin panel (customers > orders > edit) but can't figure it out.
