Frameset with oscommerce

Will osCommerce be able to run in a frameset?

The reason is I am creating a site that looks like a book, one side will be the column_left and the other side will be the site content.

Might be easier in the short-term to ax the column-left and hard code the categories, targets and whatnot into your frameset.

 

Just thinking about it seems you would have to create another index-like page with just column-left and then mod the categories display to enable your target. Should be doable but the first option is easier/quicker.
