Payment Service Providers?

Paypal is nice, but besides paypal for CC payment which are the other payment service providers.

the factors I am looking out for are:

1.) the customer CC statement should say the payment went to "The store owner"

(not like 2CO where "the store owner" in the statement is replaced by 2CO

2.) have no (or very less) fixed monthly cost.

Thanks.

The largest merchant processor for e-commerce sales is First Data Merchant Services (FDMS). This 11 billion dollar company is really the backbone for many merchant banks including:

1) Chase

2) Wells

3) Paymentech

4) First National

5) Bank One

To name just a few. Many web-hosting companies e.g. Yahoo already bundle access to a gateway in their Yahoo store. However, many other stores do not. AuthorizeNet is the gateway provider of choice for many web-hosting companies. An excellent analogy is to think of the gateway as an electronic freeway and your merchant processing account as the auto.

Let me know if you have more specific questions?
