Sinister-Racing Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 I am currently using DHL's ShipIT API and I have lost some money by giving away free shipping to a few orders in the past week. All oredrs to AK or HAWAII or Canada for that matter have only displayed our Handling charge of $2.50 in the options for Ground and a few others when they shouldn't even be available. Does anybody know how to fix this error. I hate to ship stuff for almost free every time we get an order that cannot be delivered by Ground Shipping. Thanks in advance Mike Quote
