am i able to copy product attributes?

am i able to copy product attributes so i dont have to manually go in an add the same ones all the time. I am selling shoes and i created the attributes and it took forever for me to make them becuase you have to list all the sizes, mens/womens, kids/adults. ahhhh. I dont want to do this for like 300 products?

 

any shortcuts? i tried EP but that is way too hard for me and noone replies to my posts so im looking for alternatives.

If you use the attribute sets contribution you would just have to make a set, then apply that set every time you add a product. Works great.
