coast2co Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 If I'm not mistaken can't I use some type of redirect from my domain.com that it automatically redirects it to oscommerce catalog. I noticed on my web builder that there is a redirect icon. I thought it better to have it jump straight verse hit my web site and then enter store button and go into another site which is my catalog. I just don't want to mess up any html's or anything so I ask the experts...

Jack_mcs Posted June 16, 2005 Posted June 16, 2005 It is usually better to go the other way - have your site in the root and not a sub-direcoty. Also, be careful as to how your host is redirecting you. Many will use the easy way and use an html redirect. This is not good and can cause you grief with the SE's.
