I'm not receiving ordering confirm emails

Hi. One of my stores for some reason is not sending me an email when someone places an order. When using the contact us page I do get those emails. I'm pretty certain I have everything setup correct (I do get emails from other stores that I run).

 

I know it's a pretty open question but any thoughts would be great.
