Returning customer delivery address not showing

I have just had two returning customers (for the first time) both of which when i viewed thier invoice had no billing/delivery address. After scratching around in the orders table i noticed that the only difference to those two orders were the fact that the following columns were set to "0"






This made the address not show in in the admin/invoice.. When i changed them all to "1" all was ok.


1. Has anyone seen this before?

2. Can anyone shed any light on the matter and let me where the format_id is set?

3. And what it means?
