Can't seem to get this working

My install process stops after getting the database information. The page says done but I know their is more to the setup process. Also, when I go to the site I get this error code.

 

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() in \myWebs\sistaphyre-ny\includes\functions\database.php on line 19

 

Line 19 is: $$link = mysql_connect($server, $username, $password);

I running this from my Wintel/PC

IIS 5

mysql is installed

php is installed
