cannot open administration tools

It's likely that when the install was run only the includes/configure.php file was written into and not the admin/includesconfigure.php file. Check what is in the one file against what's in the other and edit as necessary.

Before go to admionistrative tool, have the follow error.

 

Warning: fopen(c:/inetpub/wwwroot/oscommerce-2.2ms2/catalog/admin/includes/configure.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\oscommerce-2.2ms2\catalog\install\templates\pages\install_7.php on line 259

 

Warning: fputs(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\oscommerce-2.2ms2\catalog\install\templates\pages\install_7.php on line 260

 

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\oscommerce-2.2ms2\catalog\install\templates\pages\install_7.php on line 261

You get that error because the admin/includes/configure.php file cannot be written to by the installation. You need to set the file permission to 777 (full permissions) during the install process.

After change into 777

we have the follow error .
