I have successfully setup an OSC site offering downloadable products (our only products).

 

I have 2 questions:

 

1) Isn't is possible, with a relative understanding of how OSC works or through programs that can monitor re-directions, for someone to bypass the download system and go directly to the download directory to get a file?

 

2) What purpose does the 'pub' directory serve? I have chmod'ed it at 777 and no files ever seem to be put in there.

Nevermind.

 

I see that I needed to view the '.' files in 'pub'. I see how it works now.
