OS Commerce store is on OSC Server?

Please help. :) On support call now with IPOWER. re: my config files is not updating on their end. It is pointing to an old test.diamondnexuslabs.com. It should poiont to \\diamondnexuslabs.com

ANyway, ;) my current question is:

IPOWER guy says my store is on an OSC server and processed there not on IPOWER server. OSC doesn't host all of the OSC stores, right??

This makes no sense to as I can see all my files on the IPOWER server when I FTP in.

I am confused and the support guy is confusing me more.

 

If someone could clarify this for me, I would really appreciate it!

Right, OSC is a software package. Get a real host!

I think this is probably down to miscommunication somewhere, as I doubt anyone could be that silly.

 

Are you trying to alter your configure.php file? You already have an FTP client, so what exactly are you trying to do to change it? You need to make sure you are clicking the "edit file" button, not "view file", otherwise your changes won't take.

 

Once changed, make sure you are re-uploading the file to the server.
