how to create new shipping zones?

my webdesigner only installed one zone when he set it up for me, how do i create 2 new ones & edit the 1st? i searched the site & couldn't find on this only @ time of installation.. pls. help, thanks..

Go in to the 'location / taxes' option in admin.

 

- Countries is for countries.

- Zones is for states, counties, provinces

- Geo Zones joins countries (and zones) to create geographical zones

- Tax Classes is for the different sales taxes

- Tax Rates applies the tax classes to geo zones

 

If you want a new shipping zone, create it in geo zones.
