Protx Direct

Hi,

 

I've installed the contribution found here onto an osC MS2.2 store on behalf of a client, but I'm having trouble getting it to work.

 

The client has provided the IP address of our server to Protx, and as far as I can tell cURL is installed. I've tried a number of things I've seen suggested on these forums, including adding the following line of code to the protx_direct.php file:

 

curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, FALSE);

 

Running in debug mode, I get the following:

 

An error has occurred. Please contact PROTX at [email protected]=2.20&TxType=PREAUTH&Vendor=WITHHELD&VendorTxCode=WITHHELD&Amount=24.50&Currency=UKP&Description=Satin+Wrap+Dress%28qty%3A+1%29+&ClientNumber=1&CardHolder=WITHHELD&CardNumber=4929000000006&StartDate=&ExpiryDate=0106&IssueNumber=&CV2=123&CardType=VISA&Address=WITHHELD&PostCode=WITHHELD

 

(I've edited out one or two bits of info from that, and the card number used is the test VISA number).

 

Running in test mode with debug mode off, I get:

 

- Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct any information and try again or contact us for further assistance.

 

Anyone have any ideas?
