After Tell a Friend

How can I change the link in "checkout_success.php" so that after customer has ordered successfully, he clicks on "continue" and is take to "tell_a_friend.php?products_id=site"

 

Since I think the best time to let custoemrs tell about our stores is after they order. :)

 

Please help me.
