error in taxes and product attributes

Hi all,

 

I believe I've found an error in the osCommerce program regarding product value attributes and tax. It seems that the value of the attribute doesn't get taxed. I'm trying to set up my store where the product price is set to 0 and the value attribute is added on.

 

So:

 

Shirt print = $0 (product price)

t-shirt = $10.00 (added value product attribute)

 

on check out it shows the $10 but there is no tax added on (which there should be since it's the final price).

 

Are there any solutions to this?
