Free Shipping on Second Product.

I would like to offer free shipping on every 2nd item sold. Usually customers will order 2 pieces, but may order one or more than 2.

I have seen a contribution that lets you set the price for one item and one other price for each additional item.

Does anyone know how I would set it up for a buy 2 get the second shipping free?
