Phone Number in order email? Address Book?

How do i configure OSC to include the phone number of the user in the order email that I receive..... Also if they add a new shipping address at time of order to address book how do I add a field that will allow them to add there phone number as well?? at this time any new addresses added in OSC does not contain the phone number field.

 

Basically I need a phone number available at all times on all orders... My business rely's on this phone number for order verification, we offer food delivery so it is essential the phone number be included in all emailed orders...

 

Another option would be on all orders placed for there to be an extra field added that would ask them for a phone number for order verification.....at the time of checkout or on the shipping screen perhaps... Anyone have any ideas? anyone can help???? please thank you!!
