rfflemflam Posted June 12, 2005 Share Posted June 12, 2005 I just did a test credit card purchase with PayPal. I recieved the order notice from PayPal and automatic order notice from my store. In the PayPal order notice, I have not received what the customer had order (no item number or anything). Also when I logged into my PayPal account, it says I have an order, so I clicked on the order detail and it does not give me the item number or what the customer ordered!! ccoder Posted June 12, 2005 Share Posted June 12, 2005 This might help, it won`t fix your problem - but at least you will know what your customer had ordered when they left your site to pay!!! I installed Held Order module instead and just use the normal PayPal . Held Order So no matter what payment method goes wronge I will still know what the customer had in their cart up-on leaving to pay.
