Help - Parse Error and I Cant Fix It

Im really stuck and need your help as I have a Parse Error in my English.php file and I cant fix it. It says line 147 but this contains the following and whats wrong it?

 

define('JS_REVIEW_TEXT', '* The 'Review Text' must have at least ' . REVIEW_TEXT_MIN_LENGTH . ' characters.n');
