Importing products from an outside file

Heya,

Ive been adding products for quite a while now and have about 700, which has been a VERY long proccess. :'(

 

I have a lot more products that i need to add, however doing it throught the conventional method of the control panel is very slow when dealing with large amounts of products. :(

 

I have searched both the forum and contributions but cannot find anything that helps, does anyone know of a way to e.g. import lots of products from a excel file?
