osCommerce and PHP 5

Hi all

I have installed "oscommerce-2.2ms2" on a IIS6

with PHP 5.

I did some test php scripts and it seems that PHP is working fine.

I am using the "php5isapi.dll" on my web server.

Now the question is:

When I go to the install page (http://www.mydomain.ch/install/)

it asks me if I want to install a new store or if I want to upgrade.

I select Install a new store and than it asks me if I want to Import

Catalog and about the configuration, thats all fine ... but if I than

press the submit button, nothing happens, it looks as if the page

is been refreshed and thats it, I cannot go to the next step.

I would be very very happy on any comment.

Thanks

Frank

P.S. I have set all the permissions in the directorys ...

Try doing a search on "php5"

5 doesn't play nicely with osC currently.

Even more importantly - did you set up a blank database BEFORE trying to run the install. There is an installation guide in the Knowledge Base, a good place to start. Follow the Documentation link at the top of this page.

Thanks anyway.
