We are running the barebone version of Oscommerce and what is happening is that when some customers pay by credit card, if you login to the admin, it will show the shipping and billing address to the customer who ordered, but there is also a field for Customer and in that field, it shows a completely different customer. So it looks as though that customer (the one who is the different customer) placed the order even though they did not. the order confirmation emails all have the correct customers info but only when you login to the admin do you see a different customers info for one of the fields. what could be causing this issue? we are not using real time CC processing and use the standard OScommerce credit card payment method. and this happens very randomly. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks AJ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
