koniu
Hi everybody, I am setting up osCommerce-based shop. I have two mods installed: Custom Computer Creator and Royal Mail shipping module. Whenever I create a custom set with CCC and I proceed to the checkout, I get a msg that "The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time". Is there a way to make the rate determinable? Ideally, weights of the set components should be added up and the rate would be calculated according to this overall weight. I'd appreciate some help on that. cheers, koniu

So please look at Admin - Modules - Shipping and check your shipping weights and prices there. Regards, Edze
koniu
Hi, thanks for a tip. However, If you have your shipping costs defined like this for example:5:5.00,10:9.00,20:16.00 up to 5 kgs: 5,00 $ 5 - 10 kgs: 9,00 $ 10 - 20 kgs: 16,00 $ and a client order weighs more then 20 kgs, you will get that message. I have the rates set like that: 1:4.50,2:5.50,3:7,4:8.50,5:10.50,10:15.50,20:17.50,99:25.50 I'm just not sure whether CCC returns any weight at all. It might also be a case that CCC with the non-standard shipping module don't play well together. I'm no PHP guru but I'll look into the code today evening and will try to track the problem down.
